How long will my personalised jewellery order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 7 days processing time + additional 3 weeks until delivery (Sometimes less). We will only be able to provide information to you if the designated delivery time has passed so please wait for this time before asking where your order is. If we know there is going to be a delay, due to busy periods etc. we will always try to inform you ahead of time. All sales are final on custom pieces.

What are your shipping and return policies?

I entered my address wrong! can you change it?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours upon your order placement, we can arrange a correction for you. Otherwise, once shipped out the orders, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

Is there a warranty on your jewellery?

All Imagegang items come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase and are eligible for a full refund or exchange. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation for you.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear from everyday use such as scratches over the months and years of wearing your jewelry. If you feel you purchased an item that is a manufacturer's defect please contact us.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and ApplePay.

Can I Cancel My Order?

The cancellation window is very small as we do our best to get orders out as soon as possible. You can send a cancellation request to [email protected] within 4 hrs of your order being placed. We will do our absolute best to cancel your order but there is no guarantee.
