Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 48 working hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.

We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

All items are sent First Class signed for via Royal Mail.

UK Next Day and ROW Express service via DPD.

International deliveries are sent tracked via Royal Mail.

DPD next day deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and Image Gang cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - £2.99

UK Next Day Delivery (If ordered before 1pm. Valid Monday - Friday) - £5

International Delivery (10-14 working days) - £9.50

Returns Policy

Please note personalised orders and earrings are non-returnable

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item.

For orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners, we will contact you to give the option of paying for a reship. If we do don't hear from you within seven days we will refund the order, excluding personalised orders. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.
